Barton Green GAICD
Chair
Barton has executive management experience spanning 40 years and company director experience of almost 30 years, including Board roles across private companies, statutory authorities and not-for-profit organisations as Chairman and Deputy Chairman. He is Chair of the Creative Brisbane Collab and a strong advocate for good corporate governance, executive leadership and sound financial management.

Bren Arkinstall
Director
Bren is Chief Executive Officer of the Edmund Rice Foundation, leading strategy, partnerships and global programs focused on education and empowerment for vulnerable communities. With senior leadership experience across education, fundraising and international development, Bren brings deep expertise in governance, strategic growth and social impact.

Jason Titman
Director
Jason is an internationally experienced CEO, investor, board director and strategic advisor with 20 years of leadership across fintech, digital assets and high-growth businesses. He serves as a Senator of The University of Queensland and a Director of the Australian Sports Foundation, passionate about helping athletes build successful futures beyond competition.

Natalie Cook OAM OLY GAICD
Founder & Director
A five-time Olympian, Natalie Cook has dedicated her life to unlocking the transformative power of sport. She is a respected board director, sport strategist and business leader, bringing a unique athlete-first lens to governance, leadership and impact. Nat founded the Aussie Athlete Fund to address the financial barriers faced by athletes pursuing excellence in the green and gold.

Nicole Davis MAICD
Director
Nicole has more than 20 years’ experience across corporate and government sectors, specialising in strategic brand, marketing, stakeholder engagement and communications. She has held senior roles with organisations including Allens Linklaters, Thiess and government agencies connected to major events and innovation. Nicole brings strong commercial insight and communications leadership to the Board.

William Tuffley GAICD
Director
William is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at BDO within the Business Services Division. He has extensive experience advising high-profile organisations and boards, with a strong focus on financial governance and sustainability. William is passionate about supporting athletes to protect their financial wellbeing during and beyond their sporting careers.
